Le PARCAN a initi\u00e9 cette formation au profit des femmes pour renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 entreprendre en vue de leur autonomisation, car elles repr\u00e9sentent les piliers de la famille. De plus, le recyclage des groupements CECI sur les th\u00e9matiques MMD assur\u00e9 par l\u2019Association des Promoteurs des groupements Locaux a \u00e9veill\u00e9 la conscience de ces femmes qui s\u2019activent beaucoup et exercent leurs activit\u00e9s collectives au sein de leurs organisations.<\/p>\n
