Developing the Multiannual Plan: CADEV Niger Charts Its Vision for the Years Ahead

From the 17th to the 21st, an important workshop dedicated to the development of CADEV Niger’s Multiannual Plan was held at the Hôtel Bravia. Over five days, CADEV managers, supported by the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) team, worked with determination to equip the organization with a strategic document essential to its development and future positioning.
This workshop, facilitated by Mr. Cyrille, CRS regional technical advisor, made it possible to structure priorities, analyze current issues and identify the key actions needed to strengthen CADEV Niger’s impact in its areas of intervention.
The meeting was held in the presence of the CRS Resident Representative, the National Executive Secretary of CADEV Niger, and the two Diocesan Directors. Their participation reflected the importance attached to this strategic planning process, a true compass for the next three years.
This Multiannual Plan will serve as a reference to guide CADEV Niger’s interventions, improve the quality of its actions, strengthen internal cohesion and consolidate its partnerships.
