ALLRight project quarterly review: a decisive step toward strengthening CADEV Niger's capacities through the CADEV Maradi diocesan office

All stakeholders of the ALLRight project came together for the latest quarterly review, marking a strategic milestone in the implementation of activities. This meeting brought together the teams of CADEV Niger and Catholic Relief Services (CRS), with the notable presence of the CADEV Niger Board of Directors, represented by its chairperson and secretary general, as well as the CRS Niger Country Representative.

The main objective of this review was threefold:

  • Assess the progress of project activities,
  • Share lessons learned,
  • Plan the actions to be undertaken for the project's final quarter.

Rich and constructive discussions allowed participants to address several key themes:

  • The review of achievements to date,
  • The implementation of institutional policies,
  • Analysis of MEAL data and trends (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning),
  • And projecting programmatic activities for the project's final phase.

About the ALLRight project

Funded by Catholic Relief Services (CRS), the ALLRight project aims to durably strengthen the capacities of CADEV Niger. Its strategic objective is to increase the organization's financial autonomy by securing and diversifying direct funding sources from donors.

Through this momentum, the ALLRight project embraces a vision of professionalization, institutional sustainability and performance, thereby addressing challenges of local development and solidarity.
