In line with its 2024–2028 strategic plan, CADEV Niger has committed, with the financial support of the Norwegian government through Caritas Norway, to assisting thousands of households affected by the food crisis in the communes of Makalondi, Matankari, Konni, and Illéla (Tillabéri, Dosso, and Tahoua regions).
This call for tenders concerns the recruitment of an external evaluator to conduct the program’s annual evaluation (third year of implementation).
Required skills: advanced degree in social sciences, economics, or development studies; experience evaluating development projects/programs; good knowledge of the local context.
