Visit of the CRS Regional Director to CADEV Niger

Visiting Niger, the CRS Regional Director for West and Central Africa dedicated the afternoon of his first day to a strategic CRS partner, CADEV Niger. Accompanied by the CRS Country Representative and her team, Dr. Jude Marie Banatte went to the CADEV Niger Executive Secretariat, where he was received by the Executive Secretary in the presence of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors as well as the Director of the Maradi Diocesan Office. This meeting was an opportunity to present CADEV, its areas of intervention and the programs implemented in partnership with CRS, with particular emphasis on the All Right project, funded by CRS, which aims at the organizational strengthening of CADEV. The delegation then went to the Niamey Diocesan Office, where it met with the diocesan director and his staff. Discussions also focused on the programs carried out in partnership with CRS, highlighting tangible results. On this occasion, Mr. Jude Banatte shared his reflections and proposed potential activities to strengthen CADEV's autonomy. This partnership, which is bearing significant fruit today, is part of a shared vision, with both institutions belonging to the same Caritas Internationalis confederation and moving resolutely in the same direction in the service of communities.
