Evaluation of the PARCAN/Gakassineye Program

Call for Tenders Deadline: 17/03/2025 (closed)
CADEV Niger is issuing a call for tenders for the final evaluation of its Program to Support the Resilience of the Communities of Ayorou and Niamey (PARCAN/Gakassineye) 2022-2025, using a triple nexus approach, targeting 2,000 vulnerable people in the Tillabéri and Niamey regions.

The bid must include the team’s CVs, a technical proposal, a financial proposal, the planned work plan, and two evaluation reports recently produced for similar assignments.
